Assistant Coach
(Creative Multimedia and Digital Technology)

The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in the design, development, and delivery of interactive and engaging training programs for young learners. This role involves working closely with the lead trainer, developing creative learning materials, and fostering a fun and inspiring environment for participants.

Job Description

Assist in conducting training sessions focusing on Creative Multimedia, Digital Technology, and related fields for children and teens.
Collaborate with lead trainers to develop and update training materials tailored to young learners.
Engage and inspire participants by fostering creativity and interactive learning.
Adapt programs to suit various skill levels and learning needs of participants.
Ensure that all training activities are conducted in a safe and supportive environment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and observations.
Provide logistical and technical support during training sessions.

Job Requirements

A background in Creative Multimedia, Digital Technology, or related fields.
Passion for working with kids and inspiring young minds.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate children in a fun and creative way.
Prior experience in coaching or mentoring young learners is an added advantage.
Open to Malaysians only.
Flexible working hours, with the possibility of travel for training programs.

Qualifications

Job Type

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Digital Media Technology, Game Design, Software Engineering, Communication Arts or related field.

Full-Time / Contract
