These certifications mean that the operator has passed the required competency standards for safe operation of a forklift.

Answer: If you only have 1 or 2 employees, you can either try to gather a minimum of 5 participants to arrange an in-house session, or consider looking for public training options offered by other providers.

I'm completely new to driving a forklift. How many days of training should I attend?
Answer: For beginners with no prior experience, we recommend a 2-day comprehensive forklift training course. This will cover both theoretical and practical aspects, including hands-on practice to ensure you're fully competent and safe when operating the forklift.

I have prior experience driving a forklift. How many days of training do I need?
Answer: If you have prior forklift driving experience, we recommend a 1-day refresher training course. This will help ensure you're up-to-date with safety regulations and best practices, and will provide an opportunity to improve any skills you may need to work on.

What will I receive upon completing this Forklift Safety Operator training course?
Answer: Participants who have successfully passed the practical forklift driving assessment and written tests will receive Certificate of Competency, Certified Forklift Operator ID Card valid for 2 years and Certificate of Attendance upon successful completion of the training course.
