Information Technology Intern

This internship offers a hybrid working experience, combining on-site support for school co-curricular activities (CCAs) with remote work-from-home responsibilities. Gain hands-on experience through teaching and learning-focused IT projects, while also contributing to digital content and social media creation that supports educational initiatives. The intern will be involved in a range of tasks including social media content creation and assigned IT projects. They will also assist in coordinating and supporting CCA sessions at designated international schools. This role provides hands-on exposure to real projects, practical training, and the opportunity to develop both creative and professional skills in a flexible, blended work environment.

What You'll Be Doing
1. On-site in Klang Valley

Assisting in coordinating and preparation of pre-training and CCA sessions.
Provide support as Assistant Coach for school CCAs at designated international schools.
Managing attendance, preparing training materials and equipment, and ensuring a smooth setup and transition between activities.
Supervise students during sessions and ensure safety and discipline are maintained throughout the program.

2. Work from home - Key Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience by working on real IT tasks that go beyond theory—apply your skills in practical, impactful projects that support digital learning environments.
Contribute to teaching and learning-focused IT projects, such as developing educational tools, managing digital learning platforms, or assisting in tech-related classroom innovations.
Conduct research on education and corporate training systems, focusing on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and LMS (Learning Management System) frameworks to help improve our internal processes and client solutions.
Research and recommend suitable software solutions tailored for training and CCA business operations.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decisions.
Manage and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Assist in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation as part of digital marketing efforts.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Director.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant Diploma or Degree program in one of the following fields:

Job Type

Hybrid Position with combination of Work from Home (WFH) and travel to designated international schools at required schedules.
Must be willing to work for at least 3 months (12 weeks) of internship period.
Added advantage if applicant has prior tutoring experience with young learners is highly encouraged to apply.
