Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Emagine Edu Consultancy is looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants (LSA). This role focuses on supporting students during CCA sessions, helping maintain classroom order, and ensuring students are engaged, safe, and well-guided throughout activities.

Candidates with experience in Early Childhood Education, tuition centres, kindergartens, or school environments are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Support students during CCA sessions and classroom activities

  • Assist coaches in maintaining classroom management and positive behaviour

  • Help manage attendance, transitions, and student safety in schools

  • Assist in setting up learning materials and equipment

  • Support students in classroom learning and manage student behaviours during CCA sessions

  • Open to local Malaysians only

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Able to commit to assigned schedules on a long-term basis

  • ​Responsible, punctual, and positive attitude

  • ​Passionate in working with students and children

  • Proficient in basic English communication

  • Part-time or session-based role aligned with school CCA schedules

  • Long-term commitment and schedule reliability are highly preferred for this position.

  • Kuala Lumpur and Selangor ( Accessible by public transport )

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage and engage groups of students

  • Patient, responsible, and positive attitude

  • Responsible and attentive towards student safety

  • Good time management and punctuality

  • Able to work collaboratively with teachers and coaches

  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma

  • Prior experience working with children or in school environments is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates from Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education are encouraged to apply

  • Preschool, kindergarten, and tuition teachers seeking long-term part-time opportunities are welcome to apply

Remarks: Candidates based in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are preferred due to work scheduling and operational arrangements.
