The Intern will be exposed to various aspects of jobs including IT, digital and creative multimedia, business administration, marketing, graphic design, digital marketing, database management and research. The intern will gain hands-on experience and contribute to real projects. This internship provides an on-the-job training opportunity for professional development and networking within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in coordinating and preparation of pre-training and CCA sessions.

• Provide support as Assistant Coach for school CCAs at designated international schools.

• Manage and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.

• Develop and maintain IT-related resources, including software and hardware troubleshooting.

• Assist in graphic design, video creation, and content creation as part of digital marketing efforts.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns.

• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decisions.

• Participate in the development and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology integrations.

• Research and recommend suitable software solutions tailored for training and CCA business operations.

• Support the planning, organization, and execution of both online and physical events.

• Conduct research and competitor analysis relevant to the training and education industries.

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects within given timelines.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.

• Attend meetings and training sessions to take minutes, videos and photos and follow-up actions.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Director.
